Today’s episode, I go into the concept of time blocks and calendar techniques, which serve as tools to prioritize tasks that truly matter.
By assigning specific time blocks to tasks, such as recording this podcast episode during my toddler’s nap time or planning activities around work schedules, you can create a structured day that maximizes productivity without compromising peace of mind.
This structured approach is further complemented by the psychological benefits of activating the prefrontal cortex, which seeks accomplishment and rewards us with dopamine boosts, therefore reinforcing productivity.
Tune in and be prepared to walk away with a fresh outlook on the time you have and how to maximize it to its fullest potential.
