Hey lady,
Are you used to solving EVERYTHING because you are someone who is strong type A, alpha, assertive, dominant, with a strong personality, so asking for help feels extremely uncomfortable?
Well, you're not alone! In today's episode, Olivia Nunn, Army Lieutenant Colonel (Ret), shares she didn't know how to even ask for help.
I'm sure you'll be able to relate to Olivia's story because we all share similar emotional struggles, so I know you'll love this episode.
