Larry Lentz is a 35+ year veteran in the computer industry. He founded Lentz Computer Services to serve small businesses in 1989. He specialized in Small Business Server since it first came out. He has also specialized in CRM products starting with ACT! in the very early 90s, moving to GoldMine in the late 90s, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM in 2004. Larry is a Past President of the Alamo PC Organization in San Antonio, Texas. He currently chairs the Alamo CRM/xRM IT Pro Group, and the local D365/CRM Study Group which meets each Saturday morning, which he has lead since 1997. The study group is studying for certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365. He is also Founder & Chair of the San Antonio D365/CRMUG Regional Chapter.Larry is Microsoft Certified Trainer focusing on D365/CRM courses. In this Episode
