This week we chat with Aiden Kaskela on his self employment journey.

Aiden is a 3x Business Applications MVP and Dynamics 365 / Power Platform enthusiast who has been building on the platform since 2006. Aiden founded Exalents Solutions as an independent consultant in 2017, and the company has (unexpectedly) grown to six people since then. He has a wonderful wife, Christine, and two small children who keep him very busy when he's not working.
