Through the workforce dispersion brought about by the global pandemic of 2020 and 2021, communities of smaller groups at Wahoo have established norms of working and communicating and these norms do not always translate across geographies and functions.  This episode works to create a common understanding of communication styles and create intentionality using those styles to bridge gap across geographies, functions and demographics in the digital age.
