Who would have thought the girl who pretended to be sick in PE would make her living through being a fitness coach and helping women get better at physical exercise?

I would never believe you if you had told me in 10 years time my career would be in the fitness industry... SO bizarre to me.

Imagine if you had the courage to try new things all the time, especially the things that you want to do but you're scared of doing? 

You could potentially fill your days with so much fun and excitement if you found a new hobby or passion, and it's the same idea when it comes to working out.

I spent way too much of my life worrying about others which held me back from becoming the person I was made to be. Thankfully I got over myself and started following my passions and here I am, talking about it today with you.
