It was an honor to spend time with my long time client and apprentice, Anna! She reflected on how our deeply loving and accepting community of women helped her navigate a particularly challenging year, and how her own transformation inspired her to share this medicine with everyone from her family and friends to the clients at her salon!

Her personal journey through The Balanced Woman led to her losing 20 pounds, developing unshakeable mental and emotional fortitude, and learning how to truly love herself but to also accept the love of others. And in The Balanced Healer Apprenticeship she awakened her ability to support others while still feeling centered, resilient, and cared for.
