It's been a bit since I presented you all a new episode - you know, sometimes life happens! I've had so many ideas as to what I wanted to get on here and talk about, but I had to wait for the perfect timing.

Then, one evening, my daughter, along with my friendly neighborhood spirit team, gave me an experience that brought Conscious Parenting to the forefront and I knew I had to chat about it.

Sit with me as I tell you what happened with my daughter and I one night this week, and how I was able to - in that moment - use the tools of conscious parenting to not only diffuse the situation, but to also learn what needed to be healed within myself.
