Today I will be speaking to Brenda Porter who is a mum of 4 and a Baby and toddler sleep coach.
Brenda shares her own journey of when her eldest children were born and the challenges that she faced, experiencing sleep deprivation and post-natal depression whilst working in the corporate world. Lockdown hit, and Brenda took the opportunity to retrain and become a Baby and toddler sleep coach, as she recognised that there was an intrinsic link between her own experiences of sleep deprivation and her mental health and decided that she wanted to support parents to bring the joy back to their parenting journey by reshaping our mindsets and bedtime routines to ensure both babies and parents get the rest and recharge that they need to take on the day.
