The Battle of the Bulge marked the last German offense on the Western Front. Less than four months after the end of the Battle of the Bulge, Germany surrendered to Allied forces. British Prime Minister Sir Winston Churchill stated, "This is undoubtedly the greatest American battle of the war and will, I believe, be regarded as an ever-famous American victory." James H. Young, now 97 years old recalls his experience at the Battle of the Bulge with Diane Hight from Forever Young, the organization grants veterans, both men and women wishes and returns them to the places where they once fought. Forever Young Senior Veterans has now honored thousands of veterans since it began honoring those who served.
