In this episode, I'm chatting about my battle with sensuality and sex and it's effect on my relationship, both romantic and friendships. Life is always a self-discovery journey and we're forever learning about ourselves and how we're operating in the world. It's a wild journey and one of the greatest adventures we will ever have, if we let it be. 

This podcast is for sure a lot more sensitive, a lot of unexplored territories for me, a lot of shame around this topic and I'm starting to crack that open for myself. I'm facing one of my biggest demons I've ever had.
