i know that title is absolutely wild, but so is the tumultuous nature of my break up with my best friend of nearly a decade. addiction is a really touchy and important subject, and it's not so simple as someone 'choosing' drugs over their loved ones; it is very much a disease. it's not something that anyone is immune to, even people with trust funds and good jobs. addiction didn't change my friend, only amplified the many issues that we already had. everything happens the way it's meant to, but this was alot, lmfaooo. he was supposed to hold me down, and he was holding me back, so i had to let that die.  hear some stories and a reading of the goodbye letter at the end. remember, as always, for podcast updates, follow @yourfavoritecupofcoffee on instagram and/or email [email protected]. available on all podcasting listening apps. love and light.
