Second Chances
This was sweet, well-written and well-performed. I was impressed that it moved along with good pacing, in spite of it being a short story. I usually feel like books of this length would be better if they were longer, but this worked. I'm looking forward to the next adventure from this author.
Shoshana Franck does a great job, as usual. Her tone, inflection and voices are just right. She performs all the characters well and believably and had a lot to do with why I really enjoyed this audiobook. I received this audiobook in exchange for an unbiased review.

Shoshana was a great narrator who read with emotion but she wasn't over the top.

Nice surprise.
I wasn't expecting very much out of an audio only 1 and a half hours long, but I was happily surprised. The writing was good. The story moved along at a good pace and didn't seem rushed which is difficult to do with just a little over 90 mins. The characters and story were well developed. The narration was pretty good, but sometimes her voice was a bit monotone.
