We have all had our own challenges in life, especially over the last few years.  Mental health has been a huge topic for many of us, and we have all chosen different ways to accept these new versions of ourself.  In this podcast I want to challenge myself, and the listeners to not except a new version of ourself, but the one that makes us the most happy.
