I’m sorry it’s been so long. Some things came up & truly just didn’t feel like it was a great time to be pushing out content for you all. Today’s episode we’ll chat where I’ve been, some bad habits of mine that keep me away from doing the things I love (yay anxiety!) and of course the very scary dog attack that Alfie and I experienced a few weeks back.
