This week's episode is about learning how to properly invest in me. This year is coming to a close and it's bittersweet given the times. Within this year I've psyched myself out of doing things because I gave the benefit of the doubt. I've been taking time to understand the beauty of being present within the day and myself.  Learning how to invest in good things because the goal is to always be a better me. Take some time to invest in yourself with some affirmations and some shadow work questions.
