I always like to preface conversations around cycle syncing that it is currently NOT evidence based, however, I believe there is a lot of power in understanding your cycle and how it may impact nutrition, fitness, sleep, etc. This is my personal journey of why I decided to come off birth control and cycle sync my workouts and how it's impacted me over the past 4 years. Always consult with your OBGYN and PCP prior to making these decisions, this is just a sharing of my personal journey. :)
