DO SOMETHING!

The thing that initiates momentum is action!

A lot of people think their actions need to be big and profound, but it’s quite the opposite!

Any type of action step in the direction of a goal will do.

For example, posting one piece of content, making one phone call, sending one email, or even purchasing a new journal.

This can all produce a tiny win, that will give you that little bit of dopamine you need to kickstart some momentum.

The law of action

We are the only ones who can initiate our own stuckness.

And we are also the only ones who can get us out of it.

There is no magic YouTube video, podcast, or course to get unstuck.

Journaling, vision boarding, and thinking big won’t fix it either.

You can’t have the law of attraction without the law of action.

Talking about action…let me tell you some funny stories about my actions in the dating world, back when I was single.

Fasten your seatbelt…it wasn’t easy.

I was a real like fatal attraction whackadoodle.

And people can smell desperation a mile away.

I quickly realized I had to keep working on myself.

I had to keep taking action to turn into the gal, my dream guy would be attracted to.

My daily walks while listening to podcasts, audible and music really paid of in the dating dept as well

I took dating really serious, like a full time job, weeding out the bad ones.

And I finally manifested what was on my vision board….a tall over 6 feet tall good looking all American guy, humble, sweet, super smart, funny, and didn’t take himself too serious.

You can dream all you want, but if you don’t start taking action, nothing will happen.

Let’s start with you taking action, with every day doing “Dare of the Day”

Do something every day what scares you, until you train that muscle and it becomes muscle memory.

Taking action is the only path to make your dreams a reality.

Worrying, is like praying for things you don’t want.

Be daring!
