I recently started attending yoga classes.  What an eye opener!  I had no idea how not flexible I was until yoga made me feel the pain.  Ha Ha!  After only a few classes, I’ve noticed that I’m slightly more flexible.  Benefits beyond that will have to wait until I’m not in pain for half the class, but I’ll get there!
