Two post-menopausal therapists with starkly different lifestyles have a chance encounter in mid-life. Kyra Sposato NP is divorced and child-free. She is independent, outspoken and adventurous. Sandy Lafazan LCSW is in a long term marriage and has 3 grown children. She sacrifices for her family, is traditional, spiritual and a self-described "square."

Together they're creating the I'm Ma'am as Hell platform to ignite conversations about life as middle-aged women. Far from being irrelevant and obsolete they're ready to show the world that women ages 45 to 75 are nowhere near being done.
