Secrets are revealed that the world governments don't want you to know.  One secret is  a lady gang boss stealing priceless jewelry worldwide without leaving much of a trace.  The authorities aren't sure who she is or where she came from but she's been identified as Sherocks.  Nevertheless, there is one weapon the United States of America has that she wasn't expecting.  A collaboration between the governments in developing a top secret weapon of their own.  That secret is a skateboarder superhero by the name of Daring Darin.  Using a specially designed suit and a skateboard (J-4), a supercomputer self aware artificial intelligence capable of a trillion processes within seconds, Darin and J-4 are on her trail and out to catch a thief.  How to catch a thief stealing?  Watch out streaming services, this is surely a movie in the making.  We hire a new caped crusader of course, Daring Darin!
