My home was in a medieval town of 20,000 in Slovenia, I had just retired from playing basketball at the highest levels, and had no asporatins to ever live in the USA. I also could barely speak English at the time. 17 years later, I still live in New York where I now have my own family and my own business. So let's talk about how this almost did not happen!
