We were down in Bonaire with Lifewaters, a foundation that takes the disabled scuba diving. We had the chance to sit down with Jeff Combs to shoot the shit about the experience. Jeff is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and a paraplegic, he also started his own clothing company called Lima Charlie.
