We're back in Poplar Grove, Illinois at the Oscar Mike Compound for two weeks of wheelchair rugby clinics and weekly programming. We got a chance to sit down with Chris Fleace of the University of Arizona, the 2019 United States Quad Rugby Association National Champions. Fleace is a C5 quadriplegic and a U.S. Army veteran.
