Last week I was down in Birmingham, AL for USA Wheelchair Rugby tryouts. Unfortunately, I was cut by the second day but this allowed me to get out to Jacksonville, AL to catch up with an old rugby teammate of mine. Ben Tomlinson is a member of the Lakeshore Demolition and a former Recon Marine. Ben is also a double recipient of the Purple Heart, the second of which resulted in him becoming a quadriplegic.
