Life is unpredictable but despite that, you have to remain true to the reflection in the mirror. You have to do what you can live with and what is going to give you true happiness and freedom. Many folks can give advice but they can't truly give it if they haven't experienced it. I do these podcast for all the ones that battle with life adversities alone and are afraid of the judgement of others who live in the same glass house we live in. Mental Freedom can't happen until you free yourself.
