Anxiety is something everyone has. There is no known cure for it. As in, you cannot take a pill, and it goes away. The root of anxiety is distraction. You are distracting yourself from a deeper issue, and avoiding the moment of learning, until the overwhelming dread passes. To sit through a anxiety attack, and actually learn what your body is really trying to tell you, is possible. And will change your life.
