I recently went to the doctor and we had a such a great conversation about health that I didn't want to leave his office and I couldn't wait to share!  He didn't just tell me to eat healthy and exercise, he really delved into an explanation which shed light on wellness I wanted to share my personal experience. I know that I will be following my doctor's orders.
