TW. Yeah, we're going there. Here is my full experience with binge eating and yo-yo dieting throughout high school and beyond. If anyone ever needs to talk about or be coached through a similar experience, my DMs are always open. I know how painful the dieting mindset can be, and I also know that I have not had it nearly as bad as others. My heart goes out to anyone who can relate, even just a little bit. I hope my story can be a beacon of hope for those who have had similar experiences or are experiencing it now.
