Hello, my dear friends! I hope you are having a beautiful start to the holiday season.

This has by far been the most requested podcast episode to date! I have been intentionally putting it off because I wanted to make sure that I wasn't sharing my story prematurely. The Lord really pressed this message on my heart this week, so I decided to tell you guys my story!

I pray that this episode brings you freedom and just lets you know that you are not alone in your struggles. Most girls I know have faced body-image struggles to some extent. It is sadly so common nowadays. But Jesus paid a high price for us all to be free in every area of our lives! So let's not settle for anything less.

I love you. I believe in you. God is with you in this. He has a huge plan for your life. This is such a small chapter and there is so much ahead for you. He will lead you through as He always does.
