Here are all the tools I use to put on my events:

  • ​Kit ​- For my marketing emails
  • Gmail - For my collaborator communications
  • Notion + Airtable - For planning and organizing my event (I'd love to move to just using Notion once they get their email automations in place as that's all I use Airtable for at the moment)
  • ThriveCart - For my event registration page + delivery
  • HelloAudio - For my private podcast feed
  • Slack - NEW for my next event - For hosting the pop-up event community
  • Canva - For promo graphics
  • ConvertBox - For promo pop-ups on my website
  • Squarespace - For my main website, where I promote the event via the ConvertBox popups
  • Metrical - For pre-scheduling any social content I'm sharing to promote the event
  • Manychat - NEW for my next event - For Instagram automations so people can comment a word on my posts and get sent the registration page
