In this episode, I talk about my experience playing at Nationals (for tennis) with relaxation. My body has never felt better, recovering faster and playing with more focus and JOY. I dive into why using fear as a way to motivate and coach is out dated in my opinion and not sustainable, efficient or healthy. I know that this is a polarizing stance but I strongly believe that there's a better way and it's with the application of love and joy that is going to get you into your peak performance and a better flow with life.
