Hi everyone!! I hope you're doing well today and I want to thank you for tuning into this very vulnerable and open episode. I'm back after a few weeks without posting an episode and it feels SO good! I dive into my realization about having health anxiety for a majority of my life, and what it has been like for me. This is something that is common and it is real. Whether this is something you deal with or not, it's an important conversation to be in. Through reflection I have been able to come up with three things that trigger my health anxiety which is the loss of control, the fear of death, and wanting to always appear to be "OK." I'm meeting myself where I am and understanding that health anxiety doesn't define me..Trying to infuse myself with more love and less shame.
