This is a subject that most do not want to talk about. There is a lot of shame attached to mental illness, which is why I am so open to telling people about my experience with depression. If you are experiencing difficulty, you are not alone. In this episode, I give some of the red flags that I experienced when I was depressed. I also offer strategies that I used to create a beautiful, loving state of mind. Depression is something you experience, it is not who you are. You can live a life full of joy.
