In this weeks episode we are talking about therapy and in particular a specific type of therapy called EMDR. I wanted to open up with you guys about my personal experience with EMDR therapy & how it really helped me overcome past trauma from my childhood that I hadn't properly dealt with until later on in my life. Mental health issues are nothing to be ashamed of and so I wanted to do this episode to encourage anyone who might be going through challenging times to talk about it and look into options such as therapy.
