Yesterday my daughter didn't come home from school and after several hours of confusion on everyone's part, i decided to have a conversation with her when she FINALLY came back home. A conversation I've been fearing

since she's been born. To say mental health is important is the understatement of the century. We have to listen to our children. We have to take care of ourselves and each other.
