What is your family’s True North?
If Jesus Christ is NOT your family’s “True North”…then expect things to go “South.”
12 Therefore, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, 2 looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.
Hebrews 12:1-2
Therefore,
“…since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses,”
“…let us also lay aside every weight, and sin which clings so closely,”
“…and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us,”
“…looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame…”

N—Never forget the Legacy of godly people that have impacted your family.
O—Openly identify and fight sin in your family’s life.
R—Run YOUR family’s race that God has set…Not someone else’s.
T—Talk about Jesus in everyday conversations.
“Because your family looks up to you…let them see you looking up to God.”
H—Humble your family by praying together often.
