My feelings

In this podcast there will be all different kinds of conversations that that will consist of my life! This is important to me simply because some stories you will hear are dark and full of pain. For so long I thought nobody understands me and I am alone in this 
fight of C-PTSD recovery alone. I want to be able to share my stories some of the struggles went through so people know that thy are not alone in this fight!
