Honestly, this is an episode I was nervous to share because I open up about experiences and challenges that very few women outside of my Balanced Woman community, even my closest friends and family members, know very much about. I offer it to you now because I recognize that part of me becoming a mother is leaving my shame, guilt, and fear in the past where it belongs so that my joy, gratitude, and strength can expand and flourish.

Fertility and being ready for pregnancy, birth, and motherhood is such a deeply personal journey that goes far beyond healing and strengthening our bodies with the proper foods, movements, and practices. It also requires us to delve into dimensions of our emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing in order consciously to embody the woman who can handle and embrace this new identity.
