This episode does have some TW including discussing thoughts of suicide as well as the experience of being in a mental health care facility and what that was like. It may be too much for some, and I want everyone to feel safe here. I discuss how I ended up in the short term care facility for my mental health crisis as well as how it later impacted me as an adult.
