In this episode I share my first experience with ketamine.  I feel it is important to share my journeys as well, to help people get a better understanding of what these medicines are like. 
My first ketamine experience was lovely and profound.  I was so lucky have this experience in a training program lead by Dr. Phil Wolfson, one of the main pioneers in ketamine assisted psychotherapy.
