This week we talk about Lo's first high school relationship that lasted from the time she was ages 14-30! She talks about becoming a mom her first year of college, the trauma of having to make adult decisions when she was just a kid and how this relationship shaped her life in ways she couldn't have imagined.

It's important for us to say we are not giving relationship advice but we are sharing our experiences as teenagers because we believe there is something to be learned from our experiences. Remember, even if this isn't your story, it could be the story of someone you love, lead or like. Understanding their story allows you to show compassion when necessary and that's what healing is all about.
