Doing a quick video upload to 3Speak of my first play with Google's Music LM.

MusicLM, a new experimental AI tool that can turn your text descriptions into music.

I had to sign up to a wait list to get access. I just checked my email and was finally granted access to the Music AI

As of the time of this writing, I have only generated a handful of music clips. I am going to be playing around with some more prompts as I go.

This video clip is of two music segments from a text prompt I gave to the AI.

Prompt: dark synthwave style electronic

The music clips generated are only 20 seconds long. The AI produces 2 music clips per prompt.

I am impressed with the quality of the music. Yes to me there are some clips I have gotten have sounded pretty wonky but I think it could generate a better clip if I adjust my promtps.

So far after a few minutes of playing around I am impressed. I will be working with this more over the coming days.
