So, I joined toastmasters. I thought I was a halfway decent speaker until I learned in my first meeting that they had a designated person who counts your “ums” when you talk called the “um counter”.
I knew then I was screwed.
In that meeting, I learned about a big insecurity that I have and how I try to cover it up. In this episode, I share what that is and what I am learning about myself.
