I always recommend something small, but you can move mountains. At the top of the paper write down what you want to forgive. And then write down everything that comes to your awareness. Once your down writing, look it all over. Forgive them. Then write down what you love about what you were forgiving. Now you see it differently. Repeat the process as often as possible.
