My friend Markie. She was one of the special ones. Unique. Rare. Good. 

This is a little tribute to her and also to the beauty of regular old humanity. Scars. Blemishes. Shortcomings. Imperfections. And. Complexities. The whole package. 

May you have a Markie and may you be a Markie to someone else.
