Welcome to our episode for July 10, 2015!
We’re back after a couple of weeks since we were gone for the July 4th holiday. We review Terminator: Genysis, plus cover a bunch of movie and TV news before San Diego Comic-Con. Plus we have a big roundup for Anime Expo 2015!

“My Geek Confessions – Watching Bad Movies, So You Don’t Have To!”
* After the video of the Goosebumps panel leaked last San Diego Comic-Con, we’ve been excited for the Goosebumps movie and now we finally have a trailer! It looks just as self-aware and referential as we were hoping.
* We were wrong on what Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp when we originally reported it was going to be a sequel to the movie. It’s in fact a prequel series and has all the original actors playing younger versions of themselves even though they are much younger. Wet Hot American Summer: First Day of Camp premieres on NetFlix on July 31, 2015
* Now that the Donald Trump has run for President and had NBC revoke his series, the Simpsons has turned their sights on Donald Trump’s terrible hair.
* In a mashup that no one really wanted (except Cori), someone mashed up the Wizard of Oz with Avengers: Age of Ultron and made it worse/better. Especially as it changes the Tin Man into Ultron and all the rest of the Avengers into Wizard of Oz characters trying to stop him. This is what happens when he doesn’t get a heart! Or he does get one…
* Conan o’Brien was scheduled to host some episodes while at SDCC, and to take the trip, they did it in style. Conan cosplays as the Doof Warrior and Andy Richter as Immortan Joe on a giant Semi to travel down to San Diego for the convention. Definitely take a look.
* Since the Kickstarter for the Con Man series with Alan Tudyk and Nathan Fillion was more than fully funded, they premiered and whole new trailer for the series that only serves to make us more interested in the series. Can you believe that some TV networks actually passed on this? (Actually yes we can.)
* The Marvel Disk Wars: The Avengers anime has finally been dubbed….and is airing on Disney XD Malaysia instead of the United States. Interestingly enough it does share some of the voice cast for Avengers Assemble and many other LA based voice actors even though it’s not airing here, which is a bit of a disappointment.
* The guys from HISHE are back again with How Jurassic World Should Have Ended, which serves as a pretty accurate reflection of our review for Jurassic World.
