It's time I just came out and talked about it. I've hinted at my past but because it's not easy to talk about I avoided it and my podcast was turning into something weird that was not me documenting so.. here we are. This is going to have adult topics, nothing grotesque but this is probably not for children.

This midweek episode is going to be about depression and excuses. Been getting hit really hard last day or so with depression even though everything's going really well I've been doubting myself and I needed to share that with you while still in the moment so here's that.. I almost cry that was super cool and embarrassing but it's on there.

It's time to stop listening not only to those around you but to yourself! I wouldn't be doing this if I bought all the excuses I give out, lol.
