In this episode of the Heal Podcast, I detail my long history with chronic mystery illness & Lyme Disease starting at the age of 15. I discuss what I went through as a adolescent along with how its fueled my passion in guiding others in their own healing journey.

Through my struggles, and darkest moments I found refuge in a integrative approach to healing. I now am guiding my own clients through the same and have so much gratitude for the lessons I've learned along the way.
