A song written for a musical about relationships. It is about a woman who finds that she has been betrayed by her partner. Sung by Bee Church and my melody is arranged and played by James Gladson.

My Heart Not My Head

I am a retired nurse that discovered that she could write songs. To my surprise after writing my first song at 58 years old I found I was able to write lyrics for a variety of genres and make up melodies. By then singing the words to musicians/music director/producers the backing tracks are then made and vocalists record. I do not wish to be a performer. I love writing songs and am lucky enough to have met many very talented musicians and singers who are willing to work with me.
